1st Give me a call, text me, email, tweet me, fb msg me, shoot me a linked in contact, or swing by my office. Let me know why you are selling, motivation, expected results and any other info that would help me formulate a plan to move your property quickly.  I will then visit your property, prepare a full market analysis, and give my input on anything that could help sell your property in the fastest possible way. (I have listed a property and had it under contract the same day on multiple occasions, although that is not the norm.) I will also suggest a list price, show you comparables, and provide details my marketing plan.

Once we have agreed on a goal, the marketing will begin.  This is where I have an advantage over the competition. It will include custom flyers, print ads, brochures, flyers, Video Tours, Search Engine Optimization and more..  I also will promote on Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Craiglist and Linked In. Today's market is internet driven and you want to be in the driver's seat. I will put you there. I am aggressive and proactive with my marketing. Not only do I work harder, I work smarter than most agents.

So how much do you charge? It cost you absolutely nothing to list your property with me. I only get paid a commission if your property sells and that commission is based on the the actual sales price. I pay for all marketing out of my own pocket. The commission percentage is negotiable and will depend on the type of property. We will come with a commission that is fair to you, fair to me, and will get your home sold quickly.
